Orders
By placing an order with Danielle Foster you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of you order. This email is not an acceptance of your order just a confirmation we have received it.
A contract between you and Danielle Foster will not be formed until we send you a confirmation by email that the goods have been dispatched to you.
The products offered for purchase on Danielle Foster may be exclusive and made to order items. Please refer to the page of the product you wish to purchase for an estimated delivery time.
All payments are securely processed through payola service.
Your debit or credit card will be authorised and debited when your order is processed.
Pricing
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and accurate at the time of publication. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated on GBP, the actual price charged will be subject to the exchange rate applicable on the day your credit/debit card company processes the transaction. A delivery charge will be added to the total price of the products you ordered.
The product price, as displayed, is inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate. If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery & Packaging
DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE WITHIN 2-5 WORKING DAYS AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER
(excluding Weekends and Bank holidays).
For made to order items, please allow a longer time. The estimated time for each item is clearly stated on each product page, please consider this carefully before placing your order.
All Danielle Foster bags come with a dust bag and swing tag.
Shipping Information
Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail. At the time of dispatch, you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to track your order. UK Royal Mail: 3-4 working days UK Courier: 1-2 working days EUROPE: 2-5 working days USA: 2-3 working days REST OF WORLD: 2-4 working days
Estimated shipping times are used for guidance only and start from the date of dispatch. Danielle Foster cannot be responsible for any delays caused by postal delays or custom clearance process. Custom clearance charges may vary, please contact your local custom office for more information.
You will be required to sign for the goods delivered at which point responsibility for the goods will be passed to you.
Liability
Although we have tried to ensure the information on this website is as accurate and complete as possible we cannot guarantee that Danielle Foster content is error free. The colours displayed on this website are as close to reality as possible but some computers or browser might slightly alter the true colour of the product therefore we cannot be held responsible for the difference of colour that might occur.
We reserve the right to change information, prices, descriptions or any of the content of the website without prior notice to you.
Danielle Foster will not be liable for any loss, damages that may be suffered by you or a third party as a result of accessing the website. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
