Born in Leicestershire, Danielle Foster moved to London when she was 18 to study Art and Design Foundation Diploma at London college of Fashion. She then progressed onto the FDA FDT Accessory Design and Technology.
After graduating in 2010 Danielle's talent was recognised by Charlie Le Mindu, to collaborate for his Spring/Summer 2011 collection. After showing at the prestigious Victoria house at London Fashion Week, Danielle has continued to freelance design working by commission and made to order, providing a bespoke service.
Danielle's pieces carry a strong monotone theme, drawing inspiration from 40's erotica bondage and torture. Her collections feature luxury leathers and with an equestrian background, bridle wear is also a common focus in her work. Since launching her first collection Danielle's work has generated a wide range of interest including a demand for commission work. Currently working on her second collection, it looks to be as promising as her initial talent has proved.
